Robot Surgery Video

This project has been a nice change of pace for me. I have been so enthralled with my larger ambitious fiction projects it was nice to step back and make something easy and worthwhile. The interview process was great I enjoyed having the option to fine-tune what was said later unlike my previous interviews where they had to be unbroken. I thought the b-roll process of being in the operating room with the robot and the dummy was fascinating. It created an environment where I was able to be some incredible shots. The editing process wasn't stressful, I was able to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. Telling a story that wasn't meticulously planned was a freeing experience. It allowed me to, for lack of a better term, "play" with what I had and create the story as I went. I'm so beyond pleased with how this turned out, in editing and storytelling.
